About Us
Krav Maga Hampshire First opened its doors in January 2019 (formerly Krav Maga Elite Hampshire) and has operated since then with no breaks. Providing tuition for our students in various forms, even at the height the Pandemic. We use both "closed" and "open" training. Closed being very defined skills to a defined problem with a set outcome. When students grasp the concept we then move to open training, where the situation is more dynamic and the emphasis is on principles and decision making.
Safety is Paramount for yourself or any training partners you may have, and students encourage each other rather then compete for top spot. The time of Highest stress is at our members gradings or subject specific seminars. These are optional but a great way to truly test and trust Krav Maga as a system.
Our Lead Instructor
Your Lead Instructor Ben has been training Krav Maga since January 2015, and teaching since 2017. Like most instructors his level, he attends the annual training Camp in Israel headed by Eyal Yanilov, and the Global team of High level instructors from each country. He has previously boxed at regimental level during his time in the British army, and supplements his Krav Maga training with over two years of NO-GI BJJ (submission Grappling).
Our Location
